From my first draft to my last draft I changed a lot on my ATTWN essay. The last draft had improved quote citing, and more specific commentary. I used the checklist to help outline the essay better. I added a lot more than I had, mostly on part 2. The form of support that helped me the improve my essay the most was probably the peer review checklist. Having my peers read my essay was helpful and resourceful. More people wrote and interacted on my paper and helped me add what I needed to. I think what will help me to continue to improve my writing this year is reading more and gaining ideas that I can apply to my own writing. Also, I think that sharing with an adult will be more helpful to me later when I can use it to make sure people that aren't me understand whats going on in my story/essay. I have a lot of room to grow as a writer I think. One goal I have is to write more and above the level I have been writing at. I want to take more time and think more about what I write. I think if I try hard enough, I can achieve that this year.

Way to be specific!! Having outsiders read your writing is an amazing tool. Outsiders can really help you to figure out where your ideas are unclear/confusing. As long as you have the desire to become a better writer, you will become one! I will help you along the way. Maybe all you need is a little confidence boost, too! :)
